Vibrant blue sheer maxi with collared V neckline, 4 envelope pockets on front (breast pockets are stitched shut and the hip pockets are side entry), and pleats coverings the front and back. Buttons on wrists, epaulettes on shoulders and left side zipper closure. A really well made and special piece.
