Simplicity 5245 vintage sewing pattern, dated 1963.

MISSES' ONE-PIECE DRESS: 

Loosely fitting dress, featuring high round neckline, straight collar, band finished center front opening, set-in sleeves and patch pockets, is gathered to foreward shoulder seams and has neck darts in back. V. 1 features below elbow length sleeves pleated to sleevebands. Short sleeve dress in V. 2 has self fabric tie belt.

Hip    34 inches / 86 cm

Pattern is unprinted tissue, in good condition, checked complete. Envelope is in good vintage condition.
